There are different size and different screen decks on the categories of rotary vibrating sieve. 39 inches single deck rotary vibrating sieve is the medium size vibratory screen which the machine diameter at 39 inches or 1000mm and in single layer which mainly for two size separating or dust removing purpose.  The machine is build in contact parts s304 stainless steel which is economic in cost and hygeian in powder processing procedure. The machine is in fully closed structure which can avoid any pollution. The rotary vibrating sieve is a high-precision fine powder screening machine with low noise, high efficiency, fast screen change in 3-5 minutes, fully enclosed structure, suitable for screening and filtering of granules, powders, mucus and other materials.

Working Principle

The vertical motor is the excitation source of the rotary vibrating sieve. Eccentric weights are installed at the upper and lower ends of the motor to convert the motor’s rotational motion into horizontal, vertical, and inclined three-dimensional motion, and then transmit this motion to the screen surface, so that the material moves in an outward expansion involute motion on the screen surface. Therefore, this series of vibrating screens is called a rotary vibrating screen or three dimensional vibrating screen. The rotary vibrating sieve has the advantages of a long material movement trajectory and high screen surface utilization. By adjusting the phase angle of the weights at the upper and lower ends, the movement trajectory of the material on the screen surface can be changed. The material can be finely screened, probability screened, etc.
